The Kings Club (Tourney)
This is a custom tournament set manufactured in 2012 as a custom set by ASM (Atlantic Standard Molding) on the MD-50 (Diamond Square) mold. Each denomination has chips with four different inlays, with the four different kings (spade, heart, club, diamond). Additionally, the inlays colors were matched with the chip (with the exception of the yellow chip, which was matched with a maroon spot because white against yellow does not have enough contrast), so it appears that the design on the inlay is a white design on the chip itself. The set has 2,000 chips total with a breakdown of 500 $25 chips, 600 $100 chips, 500 $500 Chips, 300 $1,000 chips and 100 $5,000 chips. This set was designed to support a four table (40-person) tournament with a $25,000 starting stack.
Four Kings (Tourney)
This is a set for tournament poker. It was manufactured in 2007 as a custom set by ASM (Atlantic Standard Molding) on the Roman Mold. This set is a custom set and commemorates four generations of Church family men. The $25 chip has Andrew on it, the $100 chip has Jeff, the $500 chip has William, and the $1,000 chip has Theo. The set has 1000 chips. 200 $25, 370 $100, 300 $500 chips and 100 $1,000 chips.
Viva Las Vegas (Cash)
This is a set for cash poker. It was manufactured by the Paulson Company on the Top Hat & Cane mold as a fantasy home poker set prior to Paulson’s sale to the French company Gaming Partners International (GPI). GPI discontinued the use of this mold for any chips other than Casino chips. Additionally, these chips are under the original formulation of clay that included lead, providing the classic heft and feel of the original casino chips. The attraction to this set is that it is a relatively rare. The set has 1400 chips, broken down as 500 $1 chips, 500 $5 chips, 200 $10 chips, 100 $25 chips, 80 $100 chips, 12 $500 chips, 4 $1000 chips, and 4 $5000 chips.
Barrington Broncos (Cash)
This is a set for cash poker. They are “faux clay” chips with and image of the Barrington Bronco and denomination lasered onto the face of the chip. “Faux clay” chips are plastic chips that feel very much like clay chips. They are no longer made. The cash set has 1,400 chips broken down as, 400 $0.25 chips 400 $1 chips, 400 $5 and 200 $10 chips

High Roller (Cash)
This was a set for cash poker. This is a home set of fantasy chips manufactured by the Blue Chip Company. The Blue Chip Company was established by the family that used to own the Paulson company before selling to GPI. These chips were manufactured in two lots, by two different "businesses/resellers". At one time I owned a LOT of these chips, and bought and sold a bunch of them until I was down to 2000 chips. I bought mostly version 1, but added onto the set (mostly fractional and $1 chips) when the second owner remade them. I owned most of the $10 yellow chips (version 1) that were made (about 800-ish). The colors of these chips were very nice and the pictures I have don't do them justice. 400 $0.25 chips, 200 $0.50 chips, 400 $1 chips, 400 $5 chips, 400 $10 chips, 140 $25 chips, 200 $100 and 20 $500.
Highway 9 (Cash Set)
This was a set that I bought when The Chiproom purchased the rack from this casino in Washington State and sold the chips to the public. These are old-fashioned Paulson chips with great edge spots, color and feel. The set had 500 $1 chips, 300 $5 chips, and 400 $25 chips. I also bought 200 $.50 (fifty cents) chips and 100 $100 chips (both fom the primary President Casino on the Admiral) to round out the set. The set can be seen in the far left of the picture above. The two rows of pink $.50 chips are partially off the screen, as are some of the white $1 chips. The $5 chips are the 3 rows of red, next the one row of black $100 chips, then the four rows of green $25 chips.
Le Paulson Noir (Tourney)
This was a small set that I bought when they introduced these chips (they have since been discontinued). We used them for a regular 1 table tournament held at least once a week. The mold on these chips was very nice and they had great edge spots and feel. I later sold these and replaced them with a smaller set of the china clay Pharaohs (much cheaper) because I wanted to fund some of my custom sets. 180 $100, 100 $500, 20 $1,000
Lone Star Roundup (Tourney)
This was a tournament set created for the Chiptalk Lone Star Roundup in 2008. The cost of the set was split between several of us, and this was my part of the bigger set. The execution of the design was very nice.
Windy City Blowout II (Non-Denominated)
This was a tournament set created for The Chiptalk Windy City Blowout II in 2007 by Chiptalk member Andi W (Jamby) and I. It is solid T-mold set manufactured by the Blue Chip Company (BCC) and hotstamped with a custom design by John F (Johnny5). We bought the set for the main event and Jamby bought half and I bought half. 165 $25 chips, 195 $100 chips, 110 $500 chips, 190 $1,000 chips, 60 $5,000 chips.
Pharaohs Club (Tourney)
A terrific Paulson home set designed by Greg (Tenpercenter) and John (Johnny5). This was a very popular and widely purchased home set. The group buy for these chips was the genesis of Chiptalk. My set had 200 $25 chips, 400 $100 chips, 200 $500 chips, 100 $1,000 chips, 100 $5,000 (non-denomination) chips and was my first real chips. This set was sold to fund my first set of custom chips.
